When a paper trail helps
Some moments need documents, not an app screen: an insurance claim after a storm, the paperwork packet for buying or selling a home, or a printed checklist on the fridge for a pet sitter. Binder printing with Pro creates a readable PDF of the binder's items, details, and checklists.
Print or export a binder
- 1 Open the binder.
- 2 Choose Print / Export from the binder menu (Pro).
- 3 Pick Print to use the system print dialog, or PDF to save the file.
- 4 Review the pages before handing them off—shared or printed copies are outside your vault's control.
What's included
The export follows the binder: item fields, checklists, and completion state. Private notes or unrelated attachments can be trimmed from each item first—review before you export so nothing beyond what the recipient needs leaves the binder.
Keep printed copies current
A printed binder is a snapshot. Re-print after meaningful updates for the fridge copy, and prefer encrypted files when the copy will travel.
