Notifications Not Working
Troubleshoot reminder notifications on iOS and Android to ensure you never miss an alert.
Check notification permission
If reminders are not appearing, first confirm VeraLocker is allowed to send notifications in your operating system settings.
Review device modes
Focus, Do Not Disturb, Bedtime, battery saver, and app sleep settings can delay or suppress reminders.
- 1 Open your device Settings app.
- 2 Find VeraLocker under notifications or apps.
- 3 Allow notifications, sounds, and time-sensitive alerts if available.
- 4 Check Focus, Do Not Disturb, and battery settings for restrictions.
Confirm reminder dates
Open the item and verify the due date and reminder timing. If a due date was changed or removed, the reminder may no longer be scheduled.
